Company Profile

A Factory-Backed Packaging Group Built Around the Full Project

Since 2006, Forests Packaging Group has grown from a Shanghai export packaging team into an integrated packaging group with factory-backed production, project consulting, quality coordination, compliance support, and international delivery resources. Our role is to connect the decisions that make a custom package workable, from the first brief to the final handover.

Every project starts with practical inputs: product dimensions, product weight, artwork status, material preference, target market, packing method, quantity, and delivery timeline. We use this information to compare suitable structures, identify production risks, prepare a clear sampling path, and keep the approved package aligned with bulk production.

A factory-backed model gives buyers one coordinated place to discuss structure, print and finishing feasibility, quality checkpoints, project documentation, packing details, and shipping conditions. It reduces unnecessary handoffs between design, sourcing, production, and logistics while keeping the commercial brief connected to what the factory can actually make.

Our Project Team

The people behind each packaging project

A custom packaging order moves through several connected decisions, and each one affects cost, appearance, protection, production speed, and delivery risk. Forests brings project, structural, production, quality, compliance, and export support together so the approved sample remains connected to the final delivery and repeat orders can follow the same agreed reference.

Project Consultants

Clarify the product, sales channel, target market, quantity, budget range, artwork status, and deadline before sampling begins. The project team turns that information into a practical packaging brief and a quotation path that buyers can review.

Structural & Sampling Team

Review dielines, dimensions, materials, mockups, closures, inserts, and sample confirmation so the package can fold, assemble, print, protect the product, and work with the intended filling, display, or shipping method.

Production & Quality Team

Coordinate printing, forming, finishing, packing, inspection checkpoints, carton planning, and repeat-order references through one factory-backed workflow. This helps buyers track the details that influence appearance, fit, quantity, and delivery readiness.

Compliance & Export Support

Support FSC, EPR, food-contact, market-entry documents, supplier assessment materials, packing details, and international delivery communication according to the product, material, destination, and project requirements.

Product Capability

Packaging Formats for Different Products, Channels, and Markets

Paper packaging: folding cartons, rigid boxes, mailer boxes, corrugated shipping boxes, paper bags, gift boxes, retail display boxes, sleeves, inserts, labels, stickers, cards, and other paper-based accessories. Structure, board grade, print coverage, finishing, handles, windows, and inserts can be reviewed around the product and sales channel.

Flexible packaging: stand-up pouches, zipper bags, refill pouches, flat pouches, barrier packaging, printed flexible bags, mailer bags, and related flexible formats. The team can compare film structure, barrier needs, zipper or valve options, sealing requirements, and packing use before sampling.

Industries served: food and beverage, beauty and skincare, cosmetics, gifts, e-commerce, retail, apparel, electronics, household goods, office supplies, toys, candles, wellness products, and seasonal brand projects. Packaging recommendations are based on product protection, shelf presentation, handling, shipping, and the market requirements that apply to the project.

Project support: buyers can send product size, product weight, artwork, quantity, material preference, target market, compliance needs, and delivery plan. Our team can review dielines, compare structures and materials, prepare samples, plan printing and finishing, arrange production, inspect goods, and coordinate export-ready packing and delivery support.

Intelligent Factory

Intelligent manufacturing from sample to shipment

New factory investment: Forests’ Shanghai intelligent factory covers about 11,700 sq m and was built with an RMB 150 million investment. Its intelligent manufacturing system integrates AI, big-data analysis, information systems, AGV industrial robots, and IoT technologies to strengthen paper packaging capacity, production visibility, process consistency, and delivery planning.

Factory areas: die-cutting area, automatic paper mounting area, boutique bag workshop, die-cut template storage room, finished retail storage area, and constant temperature and humidity room. These planned areas help separate key production stages and make material movement, storage, sampling, and order coordination easier to manage.

Production equipment: upgraded die-cutting machines, folder gluers, window patchers, and added production lines support paper boxes, paper bags, cartons, paper bags with finishing options, and custom retail packaging projects. Equipment selection is connected with workflow planning so the approved structure can move more smoothly into production.

Buyer value: for buyers, intelligence is useful when it improves control: clearer production information, faster response during sampling, more consistent process execution, and better visibility from structure review to sample confirmation, production, inspection, packing, and delivery handover. The factory system is designed to connect people, data, equipment, and checkpoints around the same approved packaging brief.

Quality & Certifications

Packaging quality control and compliance support

For global packaging buyers, quality means more than appearance. Forests supports material traceability, supplier assessment, factory management evidence, food-contact review, responsible material selection, and market-entry documentation so buyers can review key risks before bulk production. Certification and document applicability always depends on the product, material, process, destination, and project scope.

Material responsibility: FSC-certified and other sustainable material options can be reviewed by project, with the final choice matched to the product, performance needs, artwork, target market, and available documentation.

Management systems: ISO-related management systems support process control, quality consistency, occupational safety, environmental management, and internal documentation across the relevant manufacturing activities.

Supplier assessment: Audit, factory, and compliance materials help overseas buyers review production capability, risk controls, and project readiness before bulk production or repeat orders.
