- May 28 to June 25: samples were sent, received on June 3, then followed by video review, repeated dieline adjustments, and final die-cut sample confirmation on June 20–21 before the PI was paid.
The structure could look correct in sampling and still fail in distribution. In a later shipment, each outer carton was about 19 kg; a pallet measured roughly 190 × 130 × 166 cm and held 28 cartons. The shipment arrived loose enough that multiple outer cartons and inner boxes were damaged. The next order used a stronger outer-carton solution.
What this teaches buyers about chipboard packaging
- Confirm the filled structure, not only the flat dieline. Inserts, lid fit, drawer movement, and divider spacing change how a box performs.
